missingWrote a review on Oct 26spacious family suiteschaotic restaurant experienceaverage drink options
The family suites are spacious and equipped with modern amenities.
The restaurant's size was insufficient for the number of guests, leading to chaotic breakfast experiences. It is unacceptable to have crowds fighting for tables every morning. the drink options during all-inclusive were shockingly average, making the experience far from enjoyable. I expected better for the high price of our stay.

Great Stay with Some Room for Improvement
Just returned from a lovely 5-night stay. The friendly staff made us feel welcome, and the location is perfect, close to the beach. Be mindful of the dining options. exploring nearby restaurants yields delicious local cuisine that surpasses hotel fare. Consider a room change if your initial choice isn't satisfactory.

Our family enjoyed a delightful stay at Karras Grande Resort. The three pools catered well to our daughters, who had a blast splashing around. Breakfast offered a great variety, perfect for our different tastes. Staff provided excellent service throughout our visit, making us feel valued. Minor issues like bathroom access didn't overshadow our experience.

The pools were great for my kids, they spent hours splashing about, and we had a blast with the friendly bar staff. The cleaning team ensured our room was spotless every day, which is something that really stood out to me.
It wasn’t cheap but still acceptable.

missingWrote a review on Aug 15nice poolsgreat foodrelaxed atmospherefood qualityweak showersuncomfortable beds
The room was quite spacious in block C, but the hairdryer was frustrating, only working for thirty seconds at a time. The water pressure in the shower was weak, and there was an unpleasant odor from the drains. I appreciated having a kettle, but there were no tea bags or utensils provided, just two tiny cups, so I recommend bringing your own supplies. The pool areas looked nice, but they weren't well thought out. there were no sunny spots throughout the day. I found myself shifting around multiple times to catch some sun. The beds were uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. The food quality was disappointing. they frequently ran out of basic items, such as fresh orange juice and jam, indicating poor management in the dining area. I survived mostly on bread and butter and opted to eat out for dinner most nights, despite being all-inclusive. Plus, you had to pay for bottled water, which felt strange. the hotel has a relaxed atmosphere and the staff seemed genuinely kind, but there were just too many issues that detracted from the experience.

great location but lacking dining variety
The location is excellent, right off the main road with shops and restaurants just steps away. Our family truly enjoyed the spacious room and the kindness of the cleaning staff made our stay more comfortable. The pool view from our room added a tranquil touch, which we loved during our time there.
Unfortunately, the dining options were quite limited during our stay.

Oh boy, the breakfast spread was a tasty journey with tons of options—something for everyone! Plus, the room was clean with comfy mattresses that made nights a dream. Can't forget the location, right on the main road of Tsilivi, making it super easy to check out nearby gem restaurants like Alati A La Carte!
